Main House
The three bedroom main house includes a large master suite with a king bed, lots of windows,
walk in closet, large master bath, reading area along with a balcony with views of the vineyards,
forest, pool and hillsides. The two other bedrooms have queen beds, spectacular views and share
a full bathroom. The living room, dining room and full gourmet kitchen are one large room with
high ceilings, fireplace, TV, DVD and stereo. The kitchen
with new top-of-the-line appliances is supplemented with all the equipment you need to prepare
meals for two to twelve people. The dining table has pull out leaves that accommodate up to 12
people also. In addition, there is a large bonus room with laundry, TV, ping-pong table, treadmill
with weights and sofa. Great place for the kids! A large deck located off the kitchen is big enough
to use for meals or to simply enjoy your coffee while taking in the views and the bird life. Throughout
the house is artwork from local artists, a gallery of sorts where some of the work is available for
purchase.
Guest House
The Guest House is a 1200 sq. ft. luxury vacation home in itself. This is the lower level of the home,
completely private with its own access and parking. It includes a large bedroom with sitting area,
spacious living room with TV, DVD, stereo, wood fireplace and dining area, fully equipped gourmet
kitchen, full bath and half bath, and its own laundry room. The down-filled sofa in the living room
turns into a comfortable double bed if extra room is needed. Glass doors and windows in every room
look out onto the large patio area with pool and hot tub. There is also a small glassed in room located
off the bedroom where you can dry off or change from the pool/spa or simply sit and enjoy the views.
The Main House and Guest House may be rented individually. The other part of the house will not be rented to another party so you will have the grounds to yourself.
A generous supply of wood and kindling is stocked during the winter months to keep you cozy and warm.
The fridge and pantry are also stocked with some basics so that you don’t have to shop for everything.
No Name Resort is ideal for families, couples visiting the wine country or retreats. We offer monthly
rentals in November, December, January and February for people transferring to this area or those with
temporary jobs close by or for those who just want relief from those East Coast and Midwest winters! Though
No Name Resort may not be used for weddings or receptions, the house has been used for brides and grooms-to-be
and their families and has plenty of area for the wedding party to dress. The Guest House is the perfect spot
for a couple’s wedding night and offers plenty of privacy.
There is abundant off-street parking for all guests. As the Guest House is very close to the pool it is not
recommended as accommodations for those with small children or toddlers.
