3 bedrooms - $610 per night; $3,450 per week
4 bedrooms - $740 (8 people) per night; $4,195 per week
Winter Rates: Nov 1 through March 31 (excluding Holidays)

Last minute discounts available throughout the year.
Rates may differ depending on how many people are in your group and how many bedrooms
are needed.
Payment Policy: I will send a lease agreement to you via email. I prefer
checks but I do take Visa, MasterCard & Discover.
The first nights rate is paid immediately to secure your reservation.
The balance of the rate, cleaning and tax is due 30 days before your arrival if you are renting October
through May; 60 days before your arrival if you are renting June through September or Holidays AND for
week or longer rentals from April 1 through October.
There is a refundable security (damage) deposit of $500 is due 30 days before your arrival in all rentals and must be paid by check only.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation Fee is $75 and must be made before the 30 or 60 day arrival date (see above) or your payment
will be forfeited if notice of cancellation is later than the 60/30 day requirement, unless we can
re-rent. This why I have the 60 day policy so that I have a better chance of renting.
Additional charges:
Transient Tax: 9%;
Cleaning Fee: $70 to $210 depending on how many bedrooms you need to have.
The pool is solar heated and may be gas heated upon request. In the winter (October through April), the pool may be heated for an additional charge of $350 per day. In the Summer (May through September), the pool may be heated for an additional charge of $200 per day.
Rules:
No smoking anywhere.
No toddlers staying in lower level or by the pool unattended.
No pets - exceptions for small dogs with hair, no fur. Extra $300 deposit.
No weddings. No wedding receptions without written permission.
No parties.
No events without written permission.
