*Guest House is reserved in winter only, and not on Holidays. Main House and Guest House may be rented individually. The other part of the house will not be rented to another party so you will have the grounds to yourself.
Available for monthly rents November-March.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation Fee is $50. Reservations made for June, July, August and
Holidays must be cancelled 60 days prior to your check-in date. Reservations for all
other months must be cancelled 30 days prior to check-in date. Deposit
and/or rent will be forfeited if notice of cancellation is not made prior
to the 60/30 day requirement, unless we can re-rent.
Additional charges:
Transient Tax: 9%;
Cleaning Fee: $110 for Main House and $60 for Guest House;
$500 Security Deposit for Main House with or without Guest House;
$350 Security Deposit for Guest House only - (refundable within 2 weeks);
Pay first night to make your reservation;
The pool is solar heated and may be gas heated upon request. In the Winter (November through April), the pool may be heated for an additional charge of $250 per day. In the Summer (May through October), the pool may be heated for an additional charge of $150 per day.
Rules:
No smoking anywhere.
No toddlers in Guest House.
No pets - exceptions for small dogs with hair, no fur. Extra $300 deposit.
No weddings.
No wedding receptions without permission.
No events without permission.
